Personal Training

Pilates builds strength and flexibility producing lean toned muscle structure.  One-on-one personal training can be customized to fit individual fitness needs.  Our newly formed Fusion class incorporates Pilates and cardio together, in a brief 30 minutes session.  Whether you are just starting out with an exercise regiment or you have been training for years, individuals from all fitness levels (including athletes and performers) continue to reap the essential health benefits that Pilates and personalized training programs provide.

Pilates Class – 1 hr.

Personal Training – 45 minutes or 1 hr.

Fusion Class (Combined Pilates-Cardio-Flexibility) – 30 minutes
